Most days will feature at least two activities so you'll be busy enough that you won't notice how sore your muscles are, except in the morning. Mountain bike Moab's world famous slick rock and other trails. Rock climb the red rock cliffs along the Colorado River. Rock climb the sheer granite faces of the Uinta Mountains.
